Saturday’s Results from Wimbledon
Saturday’s schedule at Wimbledon highlighted world No. 1 Jannik Sinner progressing to the round of 16, dispatching Pedro Martinez from Spain 6-1, 6-3, 6-1.
Not losing a set throughout his first, three matches, Sinner hit 46 winners, 11 aces, won 79 percent of his first serve points and broke his opponent on six occasions during the one hour and 55 minute encounter.
Moving through the draw in easy fashion, Sinner will next face No. 19 seed Grigor Dimitrov or Sebastian Ofner from Austria.

On Sunday, two-time defending champion Carlos Alcaraz returns to action to face No. 14 seed Andrey Rublev.
