Ostapenko Defeats Sabalenka for 2025 Porsche Grand Prix Title

Former French Open winner Jelena Ostapenko won the title at int the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, Germany on Monday, defeating top seed Aryna Sabalenka 6-4, 6-1.
The Latvian star hit four aces, won 81 percent of her first serve points and broke her opponent on six occasions.
Ostapenko also defeated No. 2 seed Iga Swiatek in the quarterfinals. She improved to 6-0 against the Pole in lifetime meetings
Sabalenka was trying to win her second title in a row after capturing the Miami Open earlier this month.
Both Sabalenka and Ostapenko will next see action at this week’s Mutua Madrid Open in Spain.
Ostapenko also collected a brand-new Porsche and over 140,000 euros in prize money.
