Fritz Reaches 2025 BOSS Open Final
Saturday’s ATP Tour and WTA Results
Saturday’s action at the BOSS Open in Stuttgart, Germany saw No. 2 seed Taylor Fritz reach his first final of the season, defeating No. 4 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime 6-4, 7-6(5).
The BOSS apparel ambassador needed one hour and 28 minutes to advance. Fritz hit 10 aces, withstood 15 from his Canadian opponent and added 23 winners to his victory. Improving to 3-1 against Auger-Aliassime in lifetime meetings, Fritz will next face either top seed Alexander Zverev or No. 3 seed and newly crowed top 10 player Ben Shelton.
Fritz has eight career titles. Three of those victories have come on the grass-courts of Eastbourne, Great Britain.

Libema Open—Netherlands
Saturday’s action at the Libema Open in the Netherlands will feature No. 2 seed Ugo Humbert going up against Gabriel Diallo, and Reilly Opelka facing Zizou Bergs from Belgium.
Opelka defeated top seed Daniil Medvedev 7-6(5), 7-6(5) in one hour and 37 minutes, and Bergs took out Mark Lajal 7-6(2), 7-6(4).
On the women’s side, No. 3 seed Elise Mertens saved 11 match points to reach the finals, defeating No. 2 seed Ekaterina Alexandrova 2-6, 7-6(7), 6-4.
Mertens will next face Elena-Gabriela Ruse or Elisabetta Cocciaretto from Italy in Sunday’s final. Ruse defeated former US Open winner Bianca Andresscu 6-2, 6-4 on Friday, and Cocciaretto dismissed Suzan Lamens 6-2, 7-6(4) to reach the final four.

The HSBC Championship—London—Great Britain
Saturday’s final four pairings at the Queen’s Club event in London, England will feature top seed Qinwen Zheng going up against No. 8 seed Amanda Anisimova, and No. 2 seed and reigning Australian Open winner Madison Keys facing Tatjana Maria from Germany.
Zheng ousted Emma Raducanu in straight sets on Friday, Keys defeated No. 5 seed Diana Shnaider in three sets, Maria upset No. 4 seed and former Wimbledon winner Elena Rybakina 6-4, 7-6(4), and Anisimova dismissed No. 3 seed Emma Navarro 6-3, 6-3.
