No. 2 seed Matteo Berrettini defended this title at the Cinch Championships in London, England on Sunday, dismissing Filip Krajinovic 7-5 6-4.
Needing one hour and 33 minutes to claim his crown, Berrettini hit 14 aces, 38 winners, broke serve on three occasions and won 79 percent of his first serve points. Hitting his biggest serve of the day at 137 MPH, Berrettini also won event in Stuttgart, Germany last week.
Reaching the finals of Wimbledon last year, Berrettini is now in prime position to capture his first career Major at Wimbledon in two week’s time.
Krajinovic, who was looking to win his first career title, is now 0-5 in Tour level finals. The Serb defeated former winner Marin Cilic in the semifinals.

No. 5 seed Hubert Hurkacz dismissed world No. 1 Daniil Medvedev 6-1, 6-4 to claim his fifth career ATP Tour title on Sunday in Halle, Germany.
The towering Pole was ultra efficient throughout the one hour and three minute contest, slamming nine aces, winning 84 percent of his first serve points, striking 21 winners to nine unforced errors and breaking serve on three occasions.
Improving to 3-2 against Medvedev in lifetime meetings, Hurkacz will be ranked No. 10 on Monday.
Medvedev, who also lost in the finals of Libema Open last Sunday, fell to 0-3 in finals in 2022. The world No. 1 will next see action in Mallorca, Spain next week.
