(FILA Global) – FILA’s Sponsored Athletes to Debut Gingham and Heritage Collections in Roland Garros

WOMEN’S GINGHAM COLLECTION

Gingham has long been regarded as one of fashion’s quintessential prints. And this season’s eponymous collection updates the pattern with a fresh, contemporary point of view. That means ultra-wearable stretch jersey leggings, slim cut dresses with navy and white piping, and an occasional sweetheart neckline. It’s training-to-game time perfection. FILA’s sponsored female athletes will debut the Gingham Collection on-court in Roland Garros.

The Gingham dress, offered in white and peacoat, features contrast color at the neckline binding and armhole, knife pleating hem detail, an inside self-fabric bra, and the silver cut-out F-Box logo. The collection features five different silhouettes of tops. The Gingham cami tank was designed with contrast color piping at the princess seams and straps. The racerback tank has contrast color piping at the princess seams, binding at the neckline and armhole, and a faux racer back. The full coverage tank includes details like piping at the princess seams and contrast color binding at the neckline, back seam, and armhole. The short sleeve top has a contrast color neckline, and back and front princess seams. Rounding out the tops is the Gingham long sleeve shirt, with contrast color binding at the neckline and piping at the raglan and princess seams. All tops feature the silver cut-out F-Box logo.

The collection offers one skort style to coordinate with each of the tops. The Gingham skort was created with a contrast color hip insert and inside waistband, inside Forza ball short, 13 ½” center back length, and COOLMAX® EVERYDAY fabric crotch lining. The Gingham leggings and jacket complete the collection, for full looks that transition off-the-court.

The Gingham line retails from $58 to $90 and is available on FILA.com? and at tennis specialty retailers in the United Stated and Canada.

MEN’S HERITAGE COLLECTION

The men’s Heritage collection offers a selection of styles synonymous with timeless FILA looks. While some elements like red, white and blue colorblocking and F-logo buttons feel plucked out of history, others, like  moisture wicking fabric and striped drawcords are a completely fresh update on what it means to wear FILA in the 21st century. FILA’s sponsored male athletes will debut the Heritage collection in Roland Garros.

The Heritage line features five different tops, including two crew neck styles and three polo shirts. The striped heritage crew was designed with contrast color piping and binding at the shoulder panel and sleeve hem, and sutash neck tape at the center back neck. The color blocked crew has contrast side panels, shoulder and sleeve panels and sutash neck tape at the center back neck band and side vents. The Heritage piped polo was created with a three button placket with two color knit taping inside, contrast color piping at the armhole and shoulder seams, sutash neck tape at the center back collar, and side vents. The color blocked polo has a three button placket with two color knit taping inside, sutash neck tape at side vents, and bold blocks of peacoat, white, and Chinese red hues. Rounding out the polos is the stripe chest polo, featuring a three button placket with sutash taping inside, and side vents with sutash tape. All tops include the embroidered patch F-Box logo.

The Heritage short pairs back to each of the tops within the collection. The shorts feature contrast overlay tape at the side seams, and elastic waistband with inside drawcord, and an 8” inseam and 19 ½” outseam. The Heritage half-zip pullover, jacket and pants complete the line.

The Heritage line retails from $52 to $90 and is available on FILA.com? and at tennis specialty retailers in the United Stated and Canada.
