No recap of the women’s final in Madrid?

Federer’s number two because he earned more points than Murray at the mandatory events, Grand Slams and WTF.

The Australian team has not been selected yet. Tomic and Kyrgios have been warned that if they don’t behave they won’t be selected. Tomic has signed on to the new tournament in Cabos San Lucas which is happening the same week of the Olympics and he hinted earlier that he may go to Rio because there are no points on offer. He’s the defending title points for winning Bogota last year.

Thank you for the insight, Amy Bee. As our focus does continue to be with the ATP, we do make every effort to include the WTA as well. With that said, this was one of our longest podcasts at 38 minutes because of back to back weeks. Thanks again and we’ll address the WTA next week in more detail.
