Djokovic, who has slipped down the rankings in 2024 to No. 7 in the world, did not win an official tournament during 2024 apart from the Paris Olympics.
The 37-year-old is still in tip-top shape and is looking to compete and defeat the likes of Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz in 2025. Both youngsters claimed all-four Majors in 2024, with Sinner finishing No. 1 and Alcaraz landing at No. 3 for the year.

Growing up together in the juniors, there may be no other player that knows Djokovic’s game as well as Murray.
Known for his tactical prowess, great backhand and worth ethic, Murray will undoubtedly bring a great level of wisdom and confidence into the Djokovic camp.
The pair will begin training together during the offseason, and then look to make a serious impression at the year’s first Major at the Australian Open.
