Top seed Daniil Medvedev captured his second title of the season on Sunday in Vienna, Austria, defeating Canadian Denis Shapovalov 4-6, 6-3, 6-2.
Overcoming a one set deficit, Medvedev struck six aces, won 72 percent of his first serve points and broke serve on five occasions.
Improving to 4-2 against Shapovalov in lifetime meetings, Medvedev has now won the last four encounters.
Capturing his 15th career title, Medvedev also secured his place in the ATP Finals in Turin, Italy next month.
Shapovalov, who was aiming to win his second career title, has made the quarterfinals or better in his last four events.

Canadian Auger-Aliassime continued his scintillating form on the ATP Tour on Sunday, capturing his third-straight title in as many weeks in Basel, Switzerland.
Defeating Holger Rune 6-3, 7-5, Auger-Aliassime now owns four titles in 2022.
Never losing his serve throughout the tournament, Auger-Aliassime struck 11 aces, won 78 percent of his first serve points and broke serve on two occasions.
Playing his opponent for the first time on Tour, the Canadian showed why he is currently playing some of the best tennis in the world.
Recently winning titles in Florence and Antwerp, the 22-year-old is now ranked No. 8 in the world.
Rune, who was also playing in his third straight final, is now ranked No. 18 in world at just 19-year-old.
