Sunday’s Preview in Shanghai and Beijing
Sunday’s action at the 2025 Rolex Shanghai Masters will feature No. 2 seed and defending champion Jannik Sinner in his second match of the tournament.
Recording a comfortable 6-3, 6-3 victory over Daniel Altmaier on Saturday, Sinner will next face No. 27 seed Tallan Griekspoor next.
Sinner, who is the defending champion of the event, will be aiming to win his fourth title of the season this week.
Other matches to look forward to on Sunday will be four-time winner Novak Djokovic back in action, taking on Yannik Hanfmann from Germany.
Djokovic ousted former US Open winner Marin Cilic in straight sets in round two.
No. 5 seed Taylor Fritz, No. 10 seed Holger Rune and No. 31 seed Gabriel Diallo will also be in action on Sunday.
On Saturday, No. 3 seed Alexander Zverev, No. 7 seed Alex de Minaur, No. 8 seed Lorenzo Musetti, and No. 12 seed Felix Auger-Aliassime were all victorious.

Wimbledon and US Open finalist No. 3 seed Amanda Anisimova continued her stellar season on Saturday in Beijing, China, defeating No. 2 seed Coco Gauff 6-1, 6-2.
Winning 84 percent of her first serve points, Anisimova will next face No. 26 Linda Noskova. Noskova ousted No. 5 seed Jessica Pegula 6-3, 1-6, 7-6(6) earlier in the day.
Anisimova and Noskova have split their two previous matches. Anisimova won the most recent encounter at Wimbledon this year in the fourth round.
