No. 1 seed Tomas Berdych wrapped up a rain-delayed final in Shenzhen, China on Monday, defeating Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 6-3, 7-6(7). In a match that lasted one hour and 48 minutes, Berdych struck 13 aces, won 79 percent of his first serve points and broke the serve of his Spanish opponent on two occasions. Improving to 4-3 against Garcia-Lopez in lifetime meetings, Berdych has now won 11 titles in his career.
