You can’t go wrong here with either choice if all you want is to see some awesome tennis action. The BNP Paribas Open has been named Tournament of the Year several times by both the ATP and WTA—but the Miami Open features the same stars and has hosted some riveting matches over the past few years.
Hiking or Shopping?
A visit to the BNP Paribas Open puts you less than an hour from Joshua Tree National Park and right in the middle of a stunning resort overflowing with flowers and swimming pools. If the hustle and bustle of a city is more to your liking, Miami has everything you’re looking for, plus the beach.
We offer tennis clinics for both Miami Open and BNP packages—but if you’re dying to hit the courts this winter, the BNP is the way to go. We play tennis every single morning out on the beautiful courts of the La Quinta Resort and Club.
The Vibe
Cuban food and latin influence in Miami, or Americana in Hollywood’s desert resort? Beach city or desert oasis? The answer is: whichever you prefer. We’re here for you, whether you pick teal or indigo courts. Just let us know, book your flights, and we’ll handle the rest! Miami and Indian Wells are two of our favorite stops on tour—for three big reasons. One, they’re some of the best events of the year in the minds of both fans and players. Two, they’re here in the US; so flights are not quite as long. (We still love you, Melbourne!) And three: they take us from what feels like everlasting winter here in Vermont to the warmth and beauty of two great locations. No matter your choice, you can rest assured that you’ll have the best tickets and nothing to worry about except booking flights. We’ll handle the stress—you focus on relaxing and watching the tennis!
