Top seed Dominic Thiem entrolled his hometown crowd on Saturday in Kitzbuhel, Austria, winning his hometown event over inform Albert Ramos-Vinolas 7-6(0), 6-1. In a match that was marred by rain early on, Thiem showed his class throughout as he needed one hour and 39 minutes to claim his crown.

No. 3 seed Diego Schwartzman won his third career title on Saturday in Los Cabos, Mexico, defeating No. 5 seed Taylor Fritz 7-6(6), 6-3. Needing one hour and 42 minutes to win this title, Schwartzman hit two aces, won 67 percent of his first serve points and broke serve on three occasions.

Currently ranked No. 27 in the world, Schwartzman previously won the events in Rio de Janeiro (2018) Istanbul (2016).

Fritz, who has a had an incredible summer, reached his third final in his last four events, which included his first-career title in Eastbourne, Great Britain prior to Wimbledon.

Fritz is currently ranked No. 28 in the world and will likely reach No. 25 when the latest rankings are released on Monday.
