Second seed Dominic Thiem won his ninth career title on the ATP World Tour on Sunday, defeating Pablo Carreno Busta 7-5, 6-4. Taking control of the match from the onset, Thiem broke serve on four occasions and hit seven aces throughout the one hour and 34 minute match. Improving to 17-5 on the year, Thiem improved to 4-0 against Carreno Busta in lifetime matches.
Carreno Busta was in search of his third career title and first of 2017.

No. 2 seed Jo-Wilfried continued his strong form on Tour on Sunday after he defeated countryman Lucas Pouille 6-4, 6-4 to claim his third Open 13 crown. Needing one hour and nine minutes to seal his 14th professional title, Tsonga dominated the match from start to finish, winning 91 percent of his first serve points, 77 percent of his second serve points and breaking serve on two occasions. Capturing the title in Rotterdam last week, Tsonga now stands at 17-3 in 2017.
Pouille, who was hoping to win his second career title, fell to 4-4 on the year.

No. 3 seed Jack Sock won his second title of the season after top seed Milos Raonic was forced to withdraw before the start of the Delray Beach final. Raonic, who has been struggling with a hamstring injury all season, reaggravated the injury after defeating Juan Martin del Potro in the semifinals.
Raonic is slated to next see action at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, where he was finalist last year.
Sock, who captured the title in Auckland to start the year, improved to 11-1 in 2017.
