Jannik Sinner picked up the biggest win of his young career on Saturday in Malaga, Spain, defeating world No. 1 Novak Djokovic 6-2, 2-6, 7-5.
Saving three match points during the two hour and 32 minute encounter, Sinner won his second match against Djokovic in the past two weeks.
Sinner’s memorable victory tied the day’s matches at 1-1.

Earlier in the day, Miomir Kecmanovic ousted Lorenzo Musetti 6-7(7), 6-2, 6-1 to take a 1-0 lead for Serbia.
The final match of the day saw Sinner and Musetti dispatch Djokovic and Kecmanovic 6-3, 6-4 to reach the finals on Sunday.
Italy will take on Team Australia on Sunday for the Davis Cup title.
