The biggest sporting event in the world at the US Open is ready for another electric finish to the Grand Slam calendar. With the fortnight set to captivate the best fans in sport, the Nike team of Serena Williams, Maria Sharapova, Vika Azarenka and Genie Bouchard are all eager to unveil the day and night session looks for the 2015 US Open.
With history on deck and all eyes on her progress, Serena begins the final chapter in a potential Slam season by donning the all-new Nike Premier Dress (pictured to the right) in black with bright crimson. Highlighted by split tank straps, racerback with bonded zipper, keyhole cutout at mid-back, and a heat transfer Swoosh at center chest, Serena’s dress is sure to be a hit at Queens this year. The world No. 1 will complete her outfit with the ultra-functional NikeCourt Flare.
Hoping to salvage a Slamless season by taking home the hardware in New York, Sharapova’s elegant outfit will be the Nike Premier Maria Dress in white with black. As always, Sharapova will look stunning in her kit, which features built-in high impact bra bonded seams for comfort, racerback, contrast mesh V at neckline, and a heat transfer Swoosh at left chest. The completion of the Russian’s out will see her sport a custom made pair of Zoom Vapor 9’s.
Always feisty and looking for the competitive edge, Azarenka brings her off-court charm to Flushing Meadows for a run at the title. Set to debut the Fall Slam Breathe Tank in university red with white, Azarenka’s short is slated to be the Fall Court Short in black with hot lava. The former two-time Major winner will look to play as loud as ever in her latest colorway of the Zoom Cage 2, highlighted in hot lava and gold.
Recently resigning with Nike, Bouchard’s marketability has never been in question. With sights on a deep showing in New York, Bouchard’s flashy kit will consist of the Slam Printed Breathe Tank in black with hot lava and the Victory Breathe Skirt in black with hot lava. The Canadian will complete her look in the light and form-fitting Zoom Vapor 9.5 in volt with white.
Two-time Wimbledon winner Petra Kvitova, recent French Open finalist Lucie Safarova, Laura Robson, Sabine Lisicki, Sara Errani and Donna Vekic will also be debuting the latest Fall 2015 collection for Nike Tennis during the US Open.
