Aslan Karatsev capped off a sensational week of tennis in Dubai, U.A.E. on Saturday, picking up his maiden title over Lloyd Harris, 6-3, 6-2. Continuing the form that saw him reach the semifinals of the Australian Open, Karatsev hit three aces, won 83 percent of his first serve points and broke his tall opponent on three occasions.
Needing only one hour and 15 minutes to claim the title, Karatsev also dismissed Andrey Rublev, Jannik Sinner and Dan Evans earlier in the event. The 27-year-old is current ranked No. 27 in the world after his victory. He entered the event ranked No. 42.
Harris, who also had a breakout week, defeated Dominic Thiem and Denis Shapovalov earlier in the tournament.

Needing two hours and 18 minutes to seal his victory, Zverev improved to 2-5 against Tsitsipas in lifetime meetings. The 23-year-old recently made the finals of the US Open as his career highlight.
Tsitsipas, who continues to stay at the top of the game, was in search of his sixth career title.
