Draper Wins Stuttgart Title
British No. 1 Jack Draper won his maiden ATP Tour title on Sunday in Stuttgart, Germany, defeating two-time former winner Matteo Berrettini 3-6, 7-6(5), 6-4.
In an entertaining two hour and five minutes encounter, Draper hit 12 aces, slammed 34 winners and broke the serve of his powerful opponent on one occasions.
Draper, who had previously contested two finals on Tour, will move up to No. 31 in the world when the latest rankings are released.
Berrettini, who is returning to action after a series of injuries, will be ranked No. 65 on the computer on Monday.
The popular Italian has eight titles to his name.

Top seed Alex de Minaur won his ninth career on Sunday in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands, dismissing No. 7 seed Sebastian Korda 6-2, 6-4.
Playing with supreme confidence these days, de Minaur struck two aces, won 77 percent of his first serve points and struck 17 winners.
As a result of his victory, de Minaur will be ranked at a new career high of No. 7 in the world on Monday.
Korda, who was looking to win his second career title in seven finals, will move up to No. 23 when the latest rankings are released.
Next week will mark the second week of the grass-court season. The Tour will move to the 500 level events in Queen’s Club, London and Halle, Germany.
