Two-time former winner Novak Djokovic reached his 34th career Major final on Friday in Paris, France, defeating top seed Carlos Alcaraz 6-3, 5-7, 6-1, 6-1.
Needing three hours and 23 minutes to prevail, Djokovic completely took over in the third set after Alcaraz began to experience cramps.

The second semifinal of the day featured defending finalist Casper Ruud defeat Alexander Zverev 6-3, 6-4, 6-0.
Djokovic will be aiming to become the Grand Slam leader at 23 Majors. The Serb is currently tied with Rafael Nadal at 22 Majors.
