Friday’s action at the All England Lawn and Tennis Club featured top seed Carlos Alcaraz and No. 2 seed Novak Djokovic advancing to the finals.
First up, Djokovic defeated No. 8 seed Jannik Sinner for the second year in a row at the event, dismissing the 21-year-old 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(4).
Djokovic, who is the men’s Major leader at 23, will aim for this 24th title on Sunday when he takes on Alcaraz.
The Spaniard swept aside former US Open winner Daniil Medvedev 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 to reach his first Wimbledon final.
Djokovic recently defeated Alcaraz at French Open in four sets. The 20-year-old ousted the Serb in their first meeting in Madrid last year.
