Rafael Nadal Training Videos Now Available

Rafael Nadal and his coach/uncle Toni have released an 8 set DVD that focuses on how Rafa trains. The videos will only be released in Spain for the time being. You can sample the videos here. (Note: I would avoid any Rafa knee exercises for obvious reasons).

Here is a short video of the ultra-athletic Frenchman Gael Monfils at the Soccer City stadium in Soweto on Monday. The stadium will house the World Cup later on this summer and Monfils was showing off some off his fancy footwork off the tennis court.
Le Monf is the No.1 seed going into the event in South Africa this week.

Roger Federer won his 16th Grand Slam this past weekend in Melbourne and although he has won so many titles in his career, it seems as if he never gets tired celebrating.
