Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer will begin their summer hard-court seasons this week at the Toronto Masters event in Canada. As always, Nike Sports has outfitted the two legendary players in a fresh vibrant array of shoes, shorts, and shirts.
Nadal, who recently won his second Wimbledon title in London, will battle the field in Toronto in the Nike Men’s Fall Vamos Lawn Crew, in Solar Red w/White, and the Nike Men’s Fall Vamos Woven Short in White w/Lt Wild Mango. Nadal’s shoe of choice in Canada will be the Nike Air Court Ballistec 2.3 Shoe in white.
Federer, who has captured the Rogers Cup on two occasions, will begin his bid for a third career title in the Nike Men’s Victory RF Lawn Polo in Perfect Pink w/Olive Khaki, and the Nike Men’s Fall Victory Federer Woven Short in Olive Khaki w/White. Federer’s shoe of choice in Toronto will be the Nike Lunar Vapor Tour.
Nadal and Federer are scheduled to wear the same clothing, shoe patterns and styles for the Cincinnati event in Ohio.

With the US Open nearly a month away, Nike Sports has released the day and evening duds for their three flagship athletes: Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Serena Williams.
As always, Nadal and Federer have gone with a light color palette for their day matches, and a dark tone presence for their evening contests.
Serena Williams will once again look stunning in her fitted one piece dress, which will be highlighted by contrasting piping alongside the garment.

Dunlop Sports Launches New Website

Adding Fernando Verdasco and Nikolay Davydenko to their roster of players, Dunlop Sports recently launched a new website illustrating their line of products.
Sponsoring the likes of Tommy Robredo, Jurgen Melzer, Nicolas Almagro, and Dominika Cibulkova, Dunlop will hope to increase their exposure by offering upcoming players and coaches a chance to be on their DSQUAD.
Starting the brand in 1909, Dunlop has been the favorite racket of seven-time Slam winner John McEnroe for many years.

Verdasco Plays First Official Tournament with Dunlop Racket

Entering this week’s SkiStar Swedish Open as the No. 2 seed, Spaniard Fernando Verdasco also unveiled his long awaited Dunlop racket. Signing with Dunlop at the end of March, Verdasco played his second-round match in Bastad today with his new frame.
Previously using Tecnifibre rackets, Verdasco had also experimented with a few Yonex frames earlier this year.
The world No. 10 joins the already vast Dunlop family which includes Nikolay Davydenko and Tommy Robredo.

Nike Sports recently released Rafael Nadal’s clothing and shoe line up for the Wimbledon Championships.
The 2008 champ will sport a muscular white with pink accent v-neck, and a traditional white board short.
Nadal will look to stay quick on Center Court in his Court Nike Air Court Ballistec 2.3 in white/black/perfect pink.
The release date for Nadal’s apparel will be July 1.
The Wimbledon Championships begin June 21.

Nadal Will Reportedly Wear A Watch at the French Open

Four-time French Open champion Rafael Nadal will wear a watch for the first time during competition at year’s second Grand Slam event in France next week.
Having his custom RN Richard Mille watch on display, Nadal will sport the $425,000 timepiece during the showcase tennis event.
With only 50 of the watches available for purchase, the exquisite accessory will surely gain a lot of attention during the 15-day Roland Garros tournament.
The French Open begins on Sunday.
Monfils To Leave Nike For K-Swiss

Current world No. 18 Gael Monfils will reportedly leave his long time sponsor Nike to join forces with K-Swiss this week.
Recently signing the likes of Sam Querrey, the Bryan Brothers, and Mardy Fish, K-Swiss has made a significant impact on the North American tennis market with their flashy yet classic designs.
Monfils is competing in Estoril, Portugal this week as the No. 3 seed. The Frenchman received a wildcard into the tournament after returning to the Tour from a recent wrist injury he sustained in March.
