Verdasco Switches to Yonex RDiS 200 Racket

Current world No. 11 Fernando Verdasco began his SAP Open campaign on Tuesday using a new Yonex RDiS 200 model.
Previously sponsored by Tecnifibre, Verdasco’s racket of choice was the Tecnifibre TFight 320 VO2 Max. The unexpected change in racket companies may suggest that the Spaniard was chasing more endorsement money as opposed to a functional frame. In the past, players who have changed racket companies solely for increased revenue, have seen their game and ranking diminish. After Verdasco’s successful 2009 campaign (his best to date), it is truly bizarre to see him switch rackets.
Verdasco is currently 2-0 with his new frame, defeating Pete Sampras in an exhibition on Monday evening, and Yen-Hsun Lu in first-round action on Tuesday.

For one of the Japanese tennis,it is very interesting. This year I wish Verdasco got Grandslam title.
I spoke with Yonex this week and they said the RDiS 200 came in two different weights 295 and 320 grams without string.
They also said it would be available in March.
