Andy Murray’s New Ferrari

Being No. 4 in the world certainly has its perks. Fame, fortune and in this case a Ferrari become a viable choice to drive around in.
Andy Murray recently picked up was a F430 (my dream car) with the Ferrari trademark red paint job. The Scot purchased the car second hand since the wait for a new one was too long.
The interesting part of this purchase was the insurance cost. Murray has had his license for 5 months and since he’s 22 years old (celebrity driver) the insurance will cost him £300/day. That is about $500 US a day.
The real kicker is when you figure in how much Andy will actually be able to drive the car given that he is on the road most of year. Let’s see how long he keeps it, but Andy, we here at Tennis Connected are extremely jealous.

Where do you get £300 a day from? his insurance will be a lot, prob around £10,000, it tops out around that, but not £100,000 a year.
